Custom embroidered, woven, or sublimation printed patches by Double Dipped Designs.  Base price includes patch production of your existing artwork (minor edits only), and shipping to U.S. destinations.  Other shipping destinations available for an additional fee.

For help with patch graphic design from scratch, I highly recommend DLS Hash Designs, Self Sucker Designs, or Assacre.

Not sure which patch style works best for your design?  Here are some helpful ordering tips you can use to help choose:

  • Embroidered – “Traditional” patch style, stitched and textured surface, max. 9 thread colors, best suited for larger images/text and not for smaller details like eyes, fine lines, small/script text, etc., can use specialty threads (metallic/glow) and be cut to shape.
  • Woven – Flat fabric patch style, max. 12 colors, great option for designs with small details, can use a variety of specialty threads, works best with regular shaped designs with merrowed edge.
  • Sublimation print – printed flat fabric patch style, unlimited colors, another great option for designs with small details and also if there are color gradients in the design, no specialty threads but CAN be cut to shape.

    I ordered two 3″ woven patches of my own design and they came out beautifully! Bright colors and lots of detail; I’m absolutely over the moon about them. She also messaged back and forth with me to make sure they would turn out how I wanted them, which is important when going from a drawing to fabric.
